The Paris Performance Ranking by DPAM

Tracking progress to net zero

DPAM has for many years integrated sustainability factors into the sovereign bond investment process. To deepen our knowledge, DPAM developed in partnership with the University of Liège this ranking, tracking nations' progress towards meeting their commitments under the Paris Agreement.

List of Sources

This list contains the sources used to compile the ranking. The ranking is based on a combination of data, primarily from 2024 and 2025. Please note that OECD climate finance data, drawn from the Creditor Reporting System, are published with a two-year delay, meaning the most recent disbursements reflect 2022 figures.
